My hat goes off tho these leaves. It's almost spring; all the other leaves have fallen and decayed, but they manage to hang there the entire winter.
Last week my daughter and I went for a walk down Grand Boulevard in North Vancouver. It started off as a leisurely walk in the rain, but soon became a quick jog in a torrential downpour.
There's always something beautiful to find - sometimes it's a shape, sometimes it's a colour, sometimes it's the space in between.
Nature is the greatest artist I know. When I go outside with my camera, I sometimes feel like I'm photographing her art rather then creating my own.
I don't know how many different ways I can say 'I like leaves'. I took these photos few years ago in Hong Kong where leaves aren't as plentiful. Now that I live in Vancouver, expect to see a lot more leaves here. I promise to only post the best ones.
I took these photos at Hong Kong Disneyland. There's giant anthropomorphic animals and beautiful princesses walking around, and here I am taking pictures of things I see on the ground.
